Here are the two bags I made in one day.For both I have used unbranded acrylic yarn. The blue one is unfortunately spoiled as I made the mistake of ironing it to dry it after washing. Now it has become flat and limp.

The other one is done by holding varigated pink and blue with white together.

Maybe you could use fabric stiffner on the blue one? I know Jo-Anns sells some.

Hi Sandhya- Your bags are very pretty and any kind of lining, such as a cotton type fabric, should give your bag more body.

I was thinking the same thing about the blue one! I would try washing it!

 

They both are beautiful..but my favorite one is the blue one(since blue is my favorite color).

Great purses! Hopefully you can salvage the blue one using everyone's suggestions. It'd be a shame to not use it. I love the stitching on it.

Those are very pretty. For the blue one, I'd iron on some stiff interfacing to the lining fabric, then line the bag. Hope that makes sense!

They are both nice bags. I would try a good stiff lining for the entire inside of the blue bag.
