Question about colors for a baby blanket for a boy.....

I was wondering if a baby blanket for a boy would be all right if I did the blanket in light yellow and had the edging in light blue.

Sounds good! Yellow I think is considered pretty neutral, and blue is still very much considered to be a baby boys color.

I think that would work. when I helped out with the kids in my church one little boy, 6, said his favorite color was yellow. And at winter when we had a little party, 3 boys came with coats that had yellow in the coat (yes one was the 6 year old).

When I can never decide I go for blues. I even did one with left over yarn as I had no money and it was about 3 shades of blue and one of white. Turned out nice. The mom really liked the hats and put it in her bag for the hospital for the baby to wear home
