I have always wanted to make one of those but just haven't gotten around to it even though I have a lot of balls of cotton yarn. (When I go to AC Moore or Walmart I want to buy one ball of every color cotton yarn that I see.)

 

I don't know why but I love the way the cotton yarn looks and feels.

It's a pattern I found on the web ....... I've looked again but haven't found it. I'll check the printed out pattern when I get home and see if it has the web address.

 

I used RHSS yarn and I don't think it's thick enough to insert a hand and use that way.

Very pretty! I am gonna sound really dumb here but I always get confused with potholders and something else I can't think of right now. You use them to hold onto pot handles and pull things out of the oven and stuff don't you??
