Salos - :2rock You rock!!! What a great idea - white 6"x9" rectangles in the car and colors other times.

Thank you for helping to thank those wounded in service to our country, Deborah

I have a whole skein of off-white I was planning on sending in with whatever rectangles I could get made. Would you rather I make it into rectangles rather than leaving it whole for binding?

wrenak - Hi! Both are needed .... this time it might be good for you to make it into 6"x9" rectangles. Will help us design more of the beautiful handmade afghans to thank those wounded in service to our country.

Thanks, Deborah

Deborah, the article was wonderful and even though you have not yet received my rectangles, it made me feel proud to belong to such a wonderful group. I have put aside my other projects to get more rectangles done. Thank you for what you do:hug

Redbud Girl your white 6"x9" rectangles arrived today :fame

Thank you so much!!!!! The are an excellent addition to the collection for the April design event (PTE).

I'm glad they arrived. I mailed 10 more in two envelopes today. (Thurs). from florida. The lady at the post office said they should arrive in three to five days. I have one rectangle marked with a question. If the pattern is ok, please let me know as I can make twice as many twice as fast. When I finish with this big red skein, I'll get a white one and get busy.

By the way, the video was great.

Hear some of you (lucky) are expecting snow :snow

What a great time to work on the

"make at least one 6"x9" rectangle a week challenge"

:wgrin however, you might want to use a bright color so it doesn't get lost in the snow.
