Puff Stitch Purse

Knitting Bag to Crochet Bag CAL - link. Based on the knitting bag, I made this bag. I didn't use the pattern in the CAL, I just made it up as I went along (the pattern wasn't available we were still working on converting it to crochet).

 

 

I used RH WW yarn in brown (I think it was called Coffee, but not sure, it's the darkest brown)

I do it the easy way. I do a flat purse, lay it on the fabric, fold the fabric in half, use the fold as the bottom. Cut around the purse. Do an easy running stitch by hand for the side. Fold down the top and whip stitch to the top. I always make mine bigger to make sure it's not going to be too small in the purse, but just a little.
