My First Size 20 Doily

It's not much, but I just had to use some of my new Crochet Thread I got yesterday, The pattern is from "Annie's Attic's - 2 Hour Doilies" - Was an interesting experience. I don't think I'll do this pattern again, was kind of hit and miss, kind of confusing getting the circles lined up right!

The patterns all call for "Cotton 8" Thread (Which I'm thinking is like Luster Sheen), and an "E" Hook /I used a "9" Hook and Size 20 Thread - Finished Size is about 9" x about 4"

:eek where did you get all that thread? such yummy colours too!

I don't think I like the doily, the rings look "messy". But your crochet work is great, I'm not knocking your ability to crochet this doily at all :) Can't wait to see what else you do with all that thread

Nice Job>>>>>>> Reminds me of the wedding ring doily. I'm working on a doily that called for size 100 thread. ( can you imagine ? ) I used size 30 & it's turning out a lot bigger than the original pattern says, but thats O.K. !!!! ( bigger is better, right ? ) Anyways yours is beautiful & all that thread is amazing>>>>
