Hello, My name is Janell. I have been crocheting since I was 18 years old. I'm fifty-one.:eek I'm currently making a six color afghan and I'm truly enjoying myself.:D

I found crochetville.org from Family Circle Easy Crochet Fall/Winter issue. I found alot of patterns I'd love to try but my knowledge of crocheting very, very basic. I live in Washington, DC and would love to find a crochet group in my area in order to tackle my complex patterns. This past summer I took a 1972 pattern for a Triangular shawl by Coats and Clark, used thread to make a light and airy shawl. I hope to post a picture soon.:manyheart

My name is kay been crocheting for 20 years me and my mom shared crocheting together then she passed away and I do not have any one around that crochets

so I throught I could find some new friends.:cheer
