An employee underwent chemo therapy she had lost some hair making it very thin looking on top..I have created a few different styles for her to try but I think the white hat style is the best.. So share your thoughts for these hats made or even some ideas to dress them up :O)

Love the hats. I like the idea of being able to put a pin/flower on the hats especially the white one. Also I like how your hats come down in the back to cover the back of the neck. Last year when I lost my hair because of chemo the back of my neck would get cold. I made a slouchy beanie to wear when I would go out. The slouchy part would lay across the back of my neck. That was all it took to keep my neck warm was just a little something laying across it. I think your hats would be perfect for someone who also has the problem of a cold neck.

Whipped up a solid color hat however I changed the last 3 round rows to a smaller hook to make it tighter when she tried it on it was still too loose at the bottom...As well as used that same hook for the brim it made it tighter.

1 ball of peaches and cream style cotton yarn but love the price $2 a ball Great price

I have made a few more one in dark purple and from Hobby Lobby cotton very soft and stretchy. One in a Hobby Lobby regular acrylic style yarn soft and stretchy as well. One in pink/yellow/orange from Peaches and cream yarn. One dark brown from Peaches and cream.I have noticed that with peaches and cream cotton some balls can be thicker and some can be alot thinner and seem to stretch out more when working with. The peaches and cream hats take just under 2.5 oz ball of yarn. With the hobby lobby cotton it took a little more the balls I purchased where 3.5 oz so I had some left over.
