Hello! I just joined today, after hearing of this fabulous tribe from folks at Crochet Me and various blogs.

 

I've been hooking now for 2 years, and have been teaching crochet classes for 1 year and the enthusiasm just won't quit! I started up a bi-monthly stitch-n-bitch here and love introducing new people to crochet. It's such a healthy addiction.

Crothread, I'm in DeKalb IL, which is at the top in the center. It's currently its own city, but Chicagoland is trying to make overtures of ownership. We resist by hurling ears of corn at them.
