Snowman Picture Frame

I seen this in a catalog (I forget which one) but it was made in plastic canvas.I thought it would be easy to do in thread.I think its cute.

This is my first time posting a pic,forgive me if it doesn't turn out right.

I have no idea, I just know it was a craft catalog I do know it had lots of plastic canvas kits in it.Seems like it could have been a Mary Maxim catalog ? but this would have been a couple of yrs ago.I often look thru craft catalogs for ideas.
