I'm sorta doing this apttern too, but its on the back burner for now...I love crocheting this stitch. I am doing mine in creams.

The pattern is originally for a necklace. I still have to make a couple of more motifs then connect them all together.

I think it's great--it seems to mimic tatting, and I think crochet patterns that look like tatting are cool. (I think that tatting patterns that look like crochet are a waste of time--crocheting is so much faster.)

Thanks dear! I'm actually curious about tatting and I totally have no idea what it is, how is it made and what's the difference. But I still want to stick with crocheting for now. I still have a lot more to learn.
