Hey, thanks for all the comments! I'm glad you all like it. I based it on a stitch from the stitch dictionary part of Donna Kooler's Encyclopedia of Crochet. I'd be glad to post the pattern if that's legal--what's the rule regarding stitch dictionaries?

I have that book! It sort of reminds me of the dishcloth pattern she has in there, too! Excellent job! Dishcloths are a great way to try out a stitch. Now you can expand it to something bigger!
