Ya know, I wouldn't worry too much about how the arms and neck look - be comfortable! I think this top would look good on you, sans the turtleneck! But if you really must, a short-sleeved top worn under it could work, in a complementary color, and you could tie a pretty summer scarf around your neck to match the top and you'd be fine.

 

This top is definitely one that's on my short list to make, just haven't decided on the yarn yet. I plan to wear a cami under it.

:lol I have the same problem. But I thought I might add a couple of short sleeves and make it a little less form-fitting. We can't stay completely covered up in the summer, Artemis, arms or no arms!
