it looks great. Your doing a great job. I dont know what kind of time frame a project like that would have, as I guess everyone crochets at a different pace. i am sure that you will have it finished in no time. :yay:c9

Wow... that's gorgeous. Do you just keep going until it looks finished? I have a huge skein of Rainbow Boucle (black to gray colorway) sitting here waiting to turn into a shawl.

I hear people saying it won't lay flat. But, in reading the instructions, I think that is intentional, so it will stay on shoulder's better. Don't forget... we are not flat :)

It looks great so far and I love the color you chose.

I did this shawl last year as a Christmas gift for my mom. Would never have been able to complete it without the pictures. I used Chenille Thick N Quick and an L hook and finished it in just a few days, but my mom is a tiny little thing so I didn't have to make it very big. Actually used my daughters (who were 9 at the time) as models to see how the fit was.

Keep us posted and don't forget to show us again when it's finished!:cheer

It's coming along well. I tried this, but it went wonky on me and I couldn't figure out where I was supposed to be. On top of it I was using a thick yarn with a too small hook. So I frogged it.

I got some clarified instructions, so I hope to try it again someday.

Keep up the good work! :clap

Good for you. Way to go. I couldn't get the stupid directions worked out and must not have had the same pictures as everyone else because I couldn't figure it out from the pics. Mine is thrown in the back of my closet!! I really would love to go back to this but until someone rewrites those instructions- mine is a wash.

Yours looks FABULOUS :yay
