Nice

I did a shawl back in the 70s that I still use that was a hex shape done in filet stitch and it had a boarder all around it done with the love knot stitches .. several rows so when it was folded over it looked like two layers. One of my favorite stitches it has such a Victorian touch

I have seen several really lacey ones from the 70's that sounds interesting....

Very pretty! What yarn did you use?
Bernat Baby Softee...........the pattern called for sport weight yarn, and we don't have much selection locally mostly baby colored stuff.

I love your shawl! I've always beenintimidated by even trying that stitch--your beautiful shawl and your comments make me want to attempt it.

And nice try, but I could see your little pink sunburned chin peeking out at the top of that picture!! :)

Again, great job! :cheer:clap
