My Swap Purse

My partner Juli (Craftimama) has finally got the purse that I made for her so I'm posting this to share with everyone. I used 2 strands of size 10 thread in rust and cream as she wanted fall colors for her purse. I used a large bead as closure then added a tassel. I lined the inside of the bag also lined the strap with organza ribbon just to be sure it won't stretch.

 

I alternated few rows of treble crochet and cross trebles.
