Baby Santa Outfit

My sister decided she wanted a Santa outfit for my nephew for Christmas pictures, so off I went! 

 

Red is RHSS in Cherry

Black is RHSS 

White is Bernat Pipsqueak in White 

Gold is LB Glitterspun

 

I started off using just a basic baby pants pattern, but my nephew is 9 months and the pattern is for newborns and I didn't like the DC pattern, so I just got his measurements and went off on my own. I could've paid for one but that was a last resort. The suspenders started off functional, but we realized my nephew has hit that phase where you've got about 30 seconds to get his outfit on him and then he wants to be moving again, so we decided to attach them and just be able to pull them up. 

 

Hat is from this pattern, but I can't stand working with Fun Fur lol 

 

I can't wait to see my nephew in his outfit Monday when we take him to see Santa at the mall!

Thanks, ladies! He'll be in it tomorrow afternoon for his very first trip to meet Santa at the mall so I'll post pictures as soon as I get home. Yay!
