Gryffindor Boa Scarf

I wanted a scarf to wear to the opening of the new Potter flick. I made one last year out of RH but ended up selling it on Ebay since it was so scratchy. So I looked around for a while and just couldn't seem to find any fun yarns that had BOTH a rich red and a gold... I went to HL a couple days ago and the Yarn Bee brand of boa yarn had these colors. Now, I previously have tried this yarn and hated it, but I decided to give it one more shot. I combined it with Sinofina (is that the right name) cotton to help make it easier to work with. It worked! I'm so happy!!!

Great job! I really like the way it looks. I bought some of that yarn in their "Frosted", using a reg. worsted with it, & it works up pretty easy. Was even able to frog it without too much thought.
