baby boy blanket from scraps

Just finished this one. I love the pattern, it is the Modern Alchemey pattern from the Lion Brand website. I used a G hook instead of the K it called for so it would be smaller. I am trying to use up my scraps so I can get more yarn for a new project. My DS just had to stand on it for the picture!

I wasn't sure about these colors until it was done and I took a pic of it, then I fell in love with it! I like color changes because they keep me from getting bored. I just don't like weaving in all the ends.
