Finally put a lining in bag

I needed to line this bag but I am lazy and hate to sew by hand. I was at the thrift store and found this pillow sham for $1.00, it was not wide enough so I ripped out two seams on the side that would make the ruffle and then it fit perfect. It was to long but I just turned it under and all I had to do was sew it to the bag:clap. The colors are kind of wild but I thought it was perfect. Its my bag and I loved the irredecent colors.

What a great lining! I love the iridescent colors. They really set off the colors of the bag itself. I never thought about using a pillowcase to line a bag but that is a fantastic idea. Most of the seams are already done!
