  1. They are all just beautiful! I love the cones, I have a black one too that has made 3 shawls and lots of small odds and ends. Right now I am working Garden path right now( http://lilygo.blogspot.com/ ) that uses 2 strands( I wound them with a ball winder so I could use 2 strands from 1 cone) and what is great is I will still have enough to make my next project in mind(Gathering Leaves). If you make a pattern for the pineapple on the bottom left, let me know, I would love to make one! Judy
  2. The crocus bud shawl is nice or the alpine frost. The first is a download on http://www.yarn.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/product.detail/categoryID/B3DF6F32-51AE-4588-8DA5-8248B6CBB500/productID/41883384-4FED-4C45-BBA7-CADDAA4E881B/ and the frost one is in an interweave magazine. Also Doris Chan's Alleghany Moon Mobius would work nice too. Basicly, you can make a rectangle of any stitch pattern you like, but I would recomend that you use a light yarn so it will scrunch up for the scarf.
  3. http://learningmywaythrough.wordpress.com/2007/06/26/more-footies/ this is a blog on how a lady makes her's maybe it will help. It has a link to the pattern she used. It calls for fingering weight yarn. I think you could do like her and use any sock pattern you like, just leave off the tall top. I did see one that was knit, and it looked like a solid long strip that had the toe part folded over and sewed on two sides to make the toe end. Hope that helps you out Brenda!
  4. I love them! I just love the purple!
  5. Wow it is beautiful! It looks wonderful in that black!
  6. I am not sure if this is right or not, here is a loopy one http://mycrochetstuff.blogspot.com/2007/03/loopy-flowers-free-pattern.html or here are many kinds http://www.crochetpatterncentral.com/directory/flowers.php

  11. Oooo, this is great! I love the color and the pattern!
  12. some one used to have a raggedy ann doll that had long legs that was super cute, but I can't find the site any more, they had lots of great patterns simmilar to crochetmemories, but I will be darn if I can remember it now! You could do any crochet doll and extend the legs out, or I also saw one that was two bears hugging on ebay.
  13. Great hat! I have a bunch of lace weight wool I need to use up, might have to give this a try, or not, I would be making balls forever! LOL It is a great design!
