my mom has breast cancer.

hi all.

 

my mom was recently diagnosed with stage 3 invasive ductal carcinoma. she is 53, and this is her second go around with cancer. ( previously cervical) in 2 weeks she is moving in with my daughter and i from houston. since im thinking she may be chilly i want to make her a blanket.

 

i am looking for 8" squares, any color, any style. please make it worsted weight acrylic yarn. i want to make her a crazy quilt type afghan. even plain grannys are great. please include something with your screenname ( or real one if you so desire) and your general location.
