Items that got me accepted into my town's art festival

[Jempast]

The necklace & bracelet are crocheted with wire & beads.

 

The bag is crocheted with nylon thread and moonlight mohair.

 

Sachet & scrunchie with worsted weight yarn.

 

Cap is crocheted with worsted weight.

 

White scarf with blue fringe is worsted weight. The blue yarn is novelty yarn bought at Dollar Tree. I don't know the type of yarn.

 

The baby cap is made with bernat baby yarn.

 

The gray scarf is moda dea tweedle dea yarn.

 

I was suppost to only send in 3 photos. I could not decided between the bag & white scarf so my husband said why not send in 4. So I did. These are the pictures I sent the committee of my town's annual art festival to see if I would be accepted.

 

I was screaming my head off when the director of the museum where the festival will be told me I was accepted. I have only been crocheting for a year. I am very proud of my accomplishment.

I used the scarf pattern from Crochet Fashions in Motion DVD. It's so easy to do I have the pattern memorized now! I can complete a scarf in one day.

 

The purse which is called a barrel bag is also from Crochet Fashions in Motion.
