I don't go into thrift stores very often, mostly because our city doesn't have too many, and they really aren't that great, but today I decided to check out a new store and salvation army. At SA I found a small metal basket and 6 custard cups that I can use for baby food or baking measurements ect. Spent $3 there. The off to the Bibles for Missions. Thats where I found these books. Almost baught some lace/ribbon/buttons too but I have to have project ideas first! The first two books were marked 2/$.50 and the other three $.50. She rang it all up and said $1.59 please, I was expecting more like $2.12. Apparently 2 of them were 1/2 off :eek So I gave a $5 donation. :) Nothing to really scream at but it was a cool experience.

i never find anything craft related at the thriift stores here. great find!!!!

I wasn't expecting to find anything after SA was a flop besides the custard dishes. I'm into all the vintage/antique stuff though so it never hurts to look, specially with prices on things today
