I made this last night and part of this morning. I used the basic pattern that Tampa Doll uses for her bags, but played with it abit. The recipient of this loves bangle handles so i had to adjust. She's just starting to get into crocheting so every serious crocheter needs a tote, right?

 

I used cotton in a off white color, recycled handles from a purse I picked up for fifty cents at a thrift store, recycled buttons, light green material to line it, and little velcro tabs to tuck the corners in when not full.

Nice bag! I like it. I've looked for handles on bags at second hand stores and they don't have much... I prefer shoulder ones, but still look.

It's not too often I get to spend a full evening and part of the morning at it, believe me! I had a meeting cancelled last night and today was my day off.

Now, back to my squares for the comfortghans!
