My very own FBB!!

Yup, I had to hop on the bandwagon and buy this book... I finished the bag in a couple days. Hubby got me a new sewing machine for mother's day and this was the first project on which I got to use it... I had never lined a bag before but this was not too hard

 

I plan on starting another one this weekend to give to my MIL for Christmas... now to pick colors... hmm....

Your FBB looks really nice!! I like the color!! These FBB's are like potato chips--you can't just make 1,2, 3, 4, 5,6, or 7, they are soooooo addicting!! Lining the bag isn't so bad, it's just doing it!!!! You did a great job on your bag!!

Great bag. This is what keeps tempting me to buy the book, luckily the bookstore that carries it is far away and I try to avoid internet shopping (buy too much:blush ). So I've only looked at the book once and didn't have the money then. But these bags are so nice.

That is gorgeous. I'm totally intimidated by sewing. If I knew how to sew properly I'd never carry the same bag twice. It's the lining of them that scares me. I can't sew.
