my version of the Hobo Bag I made this weekend

After going thru the Hobo Bag CAL and seeing all of the beautiful bags that've been made I decided I just had to make one for my Mom!

 

I did the whole thing with 2 strands and an I hook. Beige kitchen cotton and RH Soft White and Linen.

 

I know I did mine a little different - I usually do lol

 

I made a cotton/Linen rectangle for the bottom so Mom wouldn't have to worry about getting it dirty. I used the same combo for the strap. Instead of a ribbon I used 2 strands linen and 1 strand cotton and ch'd for the bow.

 

I used one of my Grandmother's antique buttons. Little things like that mean so much to my mom.

 

I know the pics are dark - cuz it's getting dark but I just couldn't wait to show you guys!
