My first tote bag.....

I just sort of made this one up as I went, but I stashbusted a skein and a half of black on it. Picture colors are a little odd, but the lining is a cherry red with a black button closure and the red lining peeking through. This is to carry around all of my WIPs!!!

The handles are just fabric folded in half with a seam stitched and then turned inside out. I was going to crochet around them and have the red peeking through like on the rest of the bag, but my hubby convinced me not too.... said he liked the red handles better. Go figure!

 

I picked a pretty heavy-duty fabric (almost as thick as upholstery fabric) so I could carry projects around without stretching out the crochet.
