Easter bunny basket

I have had this little basket on my to do list for almost a year now ! Finally got around to making it . Looking through the directions (it said to use a soda can) I was a little confused at first.....but like most patterns, as I worked it....it all became crystal clear. The soda can was used to hold the baskets shape while you stuffed it. Then it was removed. For some reason, I thought it stayed in there .

 

Anyways.......

 

 

 

He also has a cute little pom pom for his tail.

It was on the front cover of one of those little crochet type mags. Can't remember which one right now and it is in my bedroom next to a lightly sleeping hubby. If I wake him and he finds out I'm still up and on the computer he will be very angry ...oh well... I will dig it out tomorrow and post it then.

He really turned out adorable. It took me a while to figure out the soda can myself. Infact, I had DH read the directions, to see if he could figure it out.
