I've made all the pieces for my amineko. I want to sew up something to hold the plastic pellets in so they don't leak. I hope to get to that today. Then put it together soon.

Yes, I'm a little confused too. I thought we were going to do the "crochet dude" on the crochetme.com website? Not sure why I thought that, maybe I've got a reading disability and didn't understand correctly - ha ha - just kidding!

 

I do have one I'm working on but I think it would help me more if I were doing the same pattern.

I think that was the thought at first. I suggested we could all do what we wanted to do. Then this thread can be a one stop place for getting help with patterns and showing off our progress. I've noticed that CAL's that are more open ended seem more active than CALs that are for a specific pattern. Like let's crochet a sweater together than let's crochet this particular sweater.

 

If you need some help with it? I think many here are very familiar with making ami's so I am sure we could help. What do you need?

Ok, well, I'm fine with everyone doing the same pattern, or just whatever they want (this is my first crochet along, but as amigurumis are all i do, i really wanted to do this )

 

And yes, if you need any help with a pattern that we're not doing, just give a yell. I'm sure there's heaps of helpful experineced people on here

I'm kind of stalled with my amineko because I'm sewing up little pouches of the plastic pellets I want to use for the body, feet and hands so they don't leak out. I have one more to do. Then I can stuff and sew.
