Fortune's Shawlette

I made this for Kim Guzman's CAL on Facebook. It's a Moogly pattern and I used Wisdom Poems Sock yarn in Aurora Borealis. I found it on Craftsy and just loved the colors! And it got Second Place in the State Fair!   The pattern is a variation of the c2c and once I got a hang of using a larger hook with such a fine yarn, it really worked up fast. I love the fast patterns!

Congratulations on 2nd place!  I've seen that pattern over at Craftsy, but I think yours is the prettiest one.  I love doing fine yarn with big hooks.  The lacy effect is quite stunning!

Thanks, everyone!   Now I just need to figure out what to do with the rest of the yarn... There isn't a lot left, so I'm thinking maybe a flower to put on a pin or something.

Thank you! I love that lacy c2c design! Moogly just came out with another one that's a long rectangle. I might have to add that one to my To Do list!
