Sleep Sack Dress

I took the preemie dress pattern made it longer then did DC bottom to create holes to weave a piece of ribbon thru to create a sleep sack dress.....if I make one again I will make it longer closer to 20 inches for baby to grow

These are so handy because you can untie the bottom, roll it up and change the diaper without having to undress the baby.

Yes this is the reason I made it so it opened at the bottom as few patterns all were stitched up the bottom....crazy

Thanks everyone...I found a baby sack already made from the store I measured it & it is 18 inch for a newborn 0-3 but I think I would make it just a little bit longer just to allow longer use.....
