Hello from Oklahoma :cheer . I taught myself to crochet with a how to book I got from the PX book store while I was stationed in Germany in 1979. I worked on a single afgan for a long time and never finished it :( . I quit crocheting for while and then was introduced to symbol crochet and loved it :manyheart . I learned how to knit last fall and have made mostly scarfs and dish cloths. I like to crochet doilies and other table toppers but would also like to make some clothes. I am interested in meeting other crocheters in Oklahoma that live just slightly south of OKC. I like the board, I have already found some cool stuff and learned some new things. :clap
