Very cute! Being that I'm a larger chested girl I'd have to make the straps bigger. I could also see just adding the trim around the bottom of the tank or a tee.

There are a lot of vintage patterns on the web for just exactly this, usually with wider straps, meant for nightgowns I think. I'd always imagined them being sewn to a loose fitting shift. Great idea to update a t-shirt or tank top!
