Two Wash Cloths

I took a little break from working on a baby sweater, hat and pants set, and used some pretty cotton yarn I had on hand. I made two wash cloths, round ripple. One has a few front post stitches in each repeat to make the texture a little nubbier. The color in the photos doesn't do them justice, as the yarn is a beautiful creamy color - like a deep French Vanilla.

Those turned out really pretty. Round ripple is pretty easy and this looks more complicated. I love when things turn out like that, if you give it away as a present it will look like you spent a lot of time on it. A french vanilla color would a block of colored glycerin soap would make a very pretty gift. ~ Debby

Using the round ripple pattern really made you some cute wash cloths. I have been thinking about trying the pattern for making some too. Thanks for the inspiration as its on my to-do list now.
