New, from Iowa

Hello! I just signed up, although I've been lurking for the past few months. I've been so inspired by what I've seen here, so thank you all!

 

I've been crocheting for about three years now, although I don't have as much time for crochet as I would like. Next week I'm graduating with a BA in Linguistics, although that day also marks the end of my first year of graduate school, since I'm in a joint program. That's been keeping me pretty busy.

 

I also work as an information specialist at the University of Iowa, so I check the forum here in between giving directions and answering the phone.

 

I also just started a crochet-only blog, but it's not, um, very detailed yet.

 

Again, thanks for the inspirations and I look forward to being a part of the community here!
