My Christmas donation

As some of you know my hubby and I go to auction on Friday eves. This year I donated the Old Fashioned Afghan, 2 handtowels, and a centerpiece to be auctioned for the charity of the auctioneers choosing, which happened to be missionaries working out of this country. All the items were blue ribbon winners in this years fair. I'm happy to say that the afghan fetched $265.00, the handtowels and centerpiece brought $142.50. I am lucky I could contribute a little to make someone's life a little better. At this time of year it makes me realize how lucky we are to live in this great country.

 

My Holdiay wish for all of you is peace, happiness, and love. And to those of you who have family serving in the military, God Bless the Troups who give us their time to protect our freedoms.
