Christmas Tree Ornaments

I made these Christmas tree ornaments.

 

 

I bought the pattern here on etsy. I was experimenting with different yarn. I think I'm gonna try to make some more for relatives. I just started crocheting in March, so this will be my mom, grandma, sister's first ornament from me. Gotta start them off easy and maybe next year get more complicated. Hope they make you smile!

Very cute, I love the little eyes, what size and type did you use? I need to find some nice looking eyes for the things I have been making up lately.

 

I used 10mm safety eyes because that is the smallest I have been able to find. I put the safety back on the one on the right, and not the one on the left. The back seemed to distort the shape a bit. The stitch was tight enough to hold the eye, and I knew no small children would be playing with it.
