2 Hats

[Frangipani]

I've started to make hats for charity. These are my first two.

I used this pattern http://members.aol.com/crochetwithdee/TexturedSpiral.html to make a textured spiral hat. I added some fun fur for the spiral. Looks like cotton candy!

Not sure on the price of it as I live in Australia, but I'd love to find another one with a smaller head for modelling the childrens hats.

 

LOL! It's actually funny that you ask about the glass head. I was looking for a manequin type head to model my hats because "actual" manequins (and their heads) kinda freak me out!

 

So hunny says, "Oh! My brother has had this glass head in his room for ages! I bet he'll let you have it".

 

It's pretty handy to have.

OH! and YES, the hats stay on great!:w-lol
