New Thread Placemat

I've made a couple of runners out of this pattern (it travels well so I bring it with me when we head off on a road trip) and decided to see how it worked for a placemat, or space where I didn't really want a doily - It's a 12x12 square.

 

I used #10 Thread and a #7 hook, found the pattern here:
