I have the summer '92 issue, which in the 'Crochet Credits' (pictures and letters sent in from readers), it has this same doily made by someone. It says it is in the Spring 1989 issue of Old-Time Crochet (for anyone who is trying to get a back issue). It says it's published by House of White Birches. I don't know if I'm supposed to post an address to write to here, or not.....? But hopefully it will help anyone who wants to know what issue it is in...
