hey everyone...

im new here and im not very familiar with this place but i think its cool!

im arabic, female, age 20, from the gulf area of the middle east, i dont speak/write good english but i think i can get along with it.

i have been crocheting since i was 10! its not a very popular craft over here, but in the old days, the older people used to knit and crochet clothing for winter. i learnt this carft from my aunt and explored it myself through books and now i think im very good at it! i love it so much.

i started giving classes in my own home too!! for the kids, and i think its really nice to share a craft u really love.

I'm Karen, and although I'm from the US I live in England because my husband is English.

 

I learned to crochet as a girl, picked it up again in my 20's, then for a long while didn't do much until about 3-4 years ago when I got enthusiastic again. And now, finding Crochetville, I'm doing more than ever. I think being around others who are creative is stimulating to your own creativity.
