my hat came out ok

i thought i would have a go at making a hat i found in a knitting magazine and there were only 2 crochet patterns in it and this hat was on the front cover. It was an easy one to make. i liked the pattern and glad it fits me ok. i used a different colour as i have limited colours in dk cotton.

maria. i actually did not realise how good the vest would look with the dress until i got it out to wear to church and show them the vest i made and they said it looks great together. when i made it i did not even think what i would wear with it. i wore the two for my neighbour to see and wanted a pic of my hat which i had just finished.
