What's your fav gadget for removing sweater balls?

I have a fav sweater that I can't wear now because its black and covered in white sweater balls.

I use a cheap battery operated defuzzer and it works on everything that tends to have fuzz balls on it.

I just use the razor at hand, but you have to be very very careful not to cut too deep. I ruined a few sweaters before getting the hang of it

I would suggest a plug in defuzzer once you have one you'll want to use it on more articles of clothing and batteries can get to be expensive

Something we've discovered (if the pilling isn't too bad) is to take one of those lint removers (one of those sticky tape ones) hold it so it doesn't roll, and gently rub it against the article.

Has anyone tried simply using a drug store pumice stone? Looks like the sweater stone is pumice.

I wasn't wild about the sweater stone, as I found it was too rough on the article. Would the pumice stone work better?

thanks for the ideas. I did try a razor but it took forever as the sweater is mid thigh length and the balls once cut off they got stuck in the cables and i had to pick them off. So I will keep trying your ideas.
