Valentine tissue topper

A friend of mine wants tissue toppers for valentines day and st. pattricks day. So far I have the valentine one made. It's kind of simple. Should I leave as is with little hearts applied around it or an more to it?

That's cute! You could add some Roses or other flowers on the top. Roses always look pretty with Valentine hearts.

I did think a flower on top would be cute. Will have to check cpc for one.

I might add a ruffle around the bottom. But it is very cute as is.

It is cute the way it is but I like the idea of the ruffle. The flower might be too much and take away from the hearts but its hard to tell until you see it.
