I usually use the old fashion refrigerator door magnets... I used to live in a big city and used to get the magnets off old refrigerator doors..

But when I dont have that then I like to buy the roll the kind that we cut to size with siccors and I use arlenes white craft glue to glue it to the fridgie it comes with glue but i dont trust it and just add a bead of white craft glue for extra security.

If the items are heavy then i get the bars or the circles it all depends..

Well ladies I was going to take photos of my fridgies and whala my batteries worn out so i got to recharge them so maybe tomorrow I can do it..

But if you ladies go to:

http://www.geocities.com/cowhooked/

and check out where it say fridgies you will see some of the ones i make...

I'm in. I used to have my fridge covered in handmade magnets and loved it. Then kids came along and it wasn't safe. Now that they are older I would love to break out some old patterns. Great Idea!!

This sounds like fun. I love small projects (seems like the only type I actually finish). I like the apple although I would have to make it in red for my kitchen.

I made my first fridgie. I wanted to try and re-do the snowman picture frame I had made. I think it turned out really cute this time. (If I do say so myself...)

th_001-46.jpg

Then I thought, I should make it 'folk art-sy'...

th_002-26.jpg

both should be clickable. That's what I have done so far. :hook Sorry the picture is blurry.

Wow Tina:

Its too darn cute and yes you may say so yourself...

Where did you find that pattern?

I've never seen it and I love that ear muffs thingy on it .. gives the snowman more personality.

If the patterns is free online please pm me the link so I can add it to the list.

that would make a great ornament too...

hugs
