Hi from another newbie.

I was just referred this site from a Voluntary Simplicity site and thought I would take a look. I don't get much computer time, so I tend to be more of a lurker than a poster. I'm looking forward to reading and learning and meeting others, though.

 

I've been crocheting since I was 12 yo, which is <cough, cough> years ago. I have recently discovered double-ended crocheting (i.e. crochet-knit; etc) and enjoy it. I'll be trying my hand a "felting" as soon as I get my latest two afghan projects out of the way - . I've also recently found some flexible crochet hooks on sale, so it'll be fun to see what size afghans I can make now. My! But hooks have changed!
