My name is Tiffany and I'm 26 living in SoCal with my son. I'm just about to go back to school on a full time basis. I learned to crochet around 11 years ago. I want to learn how to do a decent color change so I can create items with graphs.

 

Otherwise, I have tons of UFOs lying around my house and find that no matter how much yarn I have every time I'm at a craft store I have to get at least one new skien.

As to a color change, it is done just like adding a new hank of yarn, except it is done the stitch before. If you are doing single, you work till you have the two loops on the hook, then put on the new color to finish. Now you are ready to go on with you new color.
