I love this pattern. It reminds me of the Spring Breeze square which is a particular fave of mine so when you do that style with colour... I am so in!

That's been the pop-up ad for me for awhile on the free patterns page. I kept thinking I need to eventually get this because it's so pretty. So imagine my surprise this morning

I really like this one! I love to do squares although I don't like the joining part.

I'd use a ww yarn and a larger hook. This way the squares come out bigger and you wouldn't need as many to get a blanket done. May not be for a baby then, but it's a great pattern for anyone depending on the colors you use!!

I had the same thought, it is very close to the Spring Breeze square (I made a monochrome baby blanket with that motif last year). It never occured to me to change the colors like that, though...pretty!
