Flower Power tote bag

I found this pattern on the Bernat site and bought the book.

 

It's not done yet and has some very obvious flaws! But I worked so hard on it.

 

 

The pattern doesn't call for a lining, but I did a poor job with the back ends of the squares so I should find a way to line it.

I love it!! I've been looking for something like that...I'll have to look it up on the Bernat site.

To line it there is a thread under Crochet Help...I needed advice on lining a purse I just made, and there is some good advice and a tutorial that will work great with yours.

I have this book. I love it. You did a great job on the bag:jumpyay. I made the tea towels and disg cloths that are in it. I couldn't figure out how to do the petals :thairthough so I left the flowers off.

Ooooh! This is so beautiful! Great job! The colors are amazing like Day-Glo fluorescent paint. Do they still make that? Or am I showing my age?
